Club Fee Policy: Fees are Non-Refundable. Refunds will not be given to athlete’s who choose not to play because of conflicts, team or coaching assignments or an individual’s amount of playing time. Athletes should attend all practices & tourneys even if injured.

Practice Player Options: ½ of the cost of a “rostered” player (max of $700) & allowed the to train with a great coach & team to prepare for competition the next fall.

The 10 Person Roster Option: If the first 10 athletes offered accept in a timely manner, are coachable, dedicated & have supportive parents, teams can be capped at 10 by making an additional investment (dividing the total cost by 10 to cover having an 11th).

The 48 Hour Rule & Conflict Resolution: Athletes, Coaches & Parents all agree to wait 48 hours when concerns arise before discussing the issue at hand (and offer solutions to progress the individual & team forward). The order in which we address concerns is: The Athlete talks to the coach 1st, Parents brought in 2nd & the director 3rd.
